Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Physician review the diagnosis of IPF patients during the last 6 months before inclusion, based upon recent ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT guidelines 2011
- •2. Age ≥ 40 years
- •3. Thai nationality with fluency in Thai conversation
- •4. Signed informed consent
- •5. Patient with further follow-up possible with enrolling investigator during planned study period
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Lung transplantation expected within the next 6 months
- •2. Inclusion in ongoing clinical trials
- •3. Cannot provide a signed informed consent and cannot be followed up by investigator within study duration
