Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant woman with twin gestations who deliver preterm infants at gestational age of 28\-36\+6 weeks gestation by cesarean section.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Prenatally diagnosed major congenital anomaly in any infants, twin to twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), twin anemic polycythemic sequence (TAPS), discordant twin (weight differance more than 20%), hydrops fetalis, antepartum or intrapartum hemorrhage sush as placetal abruption or uterine rupture.
