Name Time Method To compare the ease of intubation with reinforced tube using Mc Coy <br/ ><br>laryngoscope and the Mc Grath video laryngoscope with MILS(manual inline <br/ ><br>stabilization) based on the IDS(intubation difficulty scale) <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At the time of Intubation with reinforced tube using Mc Coy <br/ ><br>laryngoscope and the Mc Grath video laryngoscope with MILS(manual inline <br/ ><br>stabilization) based on the IDS(intubation difficulty scale) till immediate post operative period (2 hrs) <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method A. To compare the duration of laryngoscopy , duration of intubation attempt, time required to secure the airway and the Cormack Lehane grade <br/ ><br>B. To compare the post operative airway morbidity <br/ ><br> C. To compare the haemodynamic response following endotracheal intubation . <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Duration of laryngoscopy, Duration of intubation, time to secure airway, cormack-lehane grade <br/ ><br>Heart rate, Mean arterial pressure at 1, 2 and 5 minutes post induction
