1.Male and female patients in the age group of 18 to 30 years
2.Patients with at least one root canal filled tooth in one quadrant and no root filled teeth in the contralateral quadrant.
3.The quadrant without the root canal filled teeth should show no signs of pain, swelling, fistula, crown discoloration, percussion sensitivity or tooth mobility.
4.No untreated dental caries in either quadrant
5.No other dental treatments done during the duration of orthodontic treatment.
6.Orthodontic treatment duration of more than one year
7.Incisal and occlusal edges showing no changes before and after orthodontic treatment (confirmed by cast)
8.All patients treated using conventional MBT brackets.
1.Systemic illness and environmental factors that Signs of pain, swelling, fistula, crown discoloration, percussion sensitivity or tooth mobility
2.Untreated dental caries in either quadrant
3.Other dental treatments required during the duration of orthodontic treatment
4.Orthodontic treatment duration of less than one year
5.Incisal and occlusal edges showing changes before and after orthodontic treatment (confirmed by cast)can cause root resorption
