Inclusion Criteria
patients aged over 60 years; of both sexes; with otorhinolaryngological diagnosis of dysphonia; who agree to participate in the study through the signing of the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with neurological and / or psychological disorders; patients miss more than one therapy session; will be excluded; and / or patients who have undergone previous or simultaneous speech-language therapy will not participate in the study

Name Time Method It is expected to find a decrease in the degree of vocal quality alteration, using the GRBASI scale and the presentation of the parameters of General Degree, Roughness, Soprosity, Asthenia, Stress and Instability.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find improvement in breathing, using as an evaluation method the spirometric measures of vital capacity, forced expiratory volume and peak expiratory flow;<br>It is hoped to find improvement in the maximum phonation times, using as an evaluation instrument the sound emission of prolonged / s / and / z /;It is expected to find a decrease in the report of depression, using as instrument the Geriatric Depression Scale;It is expected to find a decrease in self report of vocal alterations, using as instrument the Tracking of Vocal Alterations in the Elderly (RAVI)
