Inclusion Criteria

Women aged between 35 and 65 years old who present climacteric symptoms,among them hot flushes; paraesthesia; insomnia; nervousness; depression; fatigue; arthralgia; headache; palpitation and ringing in the ear

Exclusion Criteria

Women with previous or family history of breast cancer; ovarian cancer or endometrial cancer; with hepatic failure; porphyria; abnormal endometrial bleeding; deep vein thrombosis and coronary artery disease will be excluded

Improvement of climacteric symptoms evaluated by reduction of the Blatt-Kupperman Index after 2 months of treatment.<br>;Improvement of the quality of life evaluated by Quality of Life Questionnaire SF-36 after 2 months of treatment.
