Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Dancers who have episode of low back pain with Numerical Pain Rating Scale less than 4
- •2 Dancers who have low back pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Subject with history of accident and surgery within 6 months or a year
- •2 Subject unwilling to participate
- •3 Specific low back pain
- •4 Tumors infection or inflammatory disease affecting spine
- •5 Pregnant women
