Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with Stage 1 Hypertension (140\-159/90\-99 mm of Hg) diagnosed by
  • •a medicine practitioner.
  • •2\. Patients under anti\-hypertensive medication prescribed by a physician.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with mental illness.
  • •2\. Patients with any surgery within 6 months.
  • •3\. Unwilling/uncooperating patients.
  • •4\. Patients with any ventilatory support except room air.
  • •5\. Patients other than Hypertension Stage 1\.
