Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with Stage 1 Hypertension (140\-159/90\-99 mm of Hg) diagnosed by
- •a medicine practitioner.
- •2\. Patients under anti\-hypertensive medication prescribed by a physician.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with mental illness.
- •2\. Patients with any surgery within 6 months.
- •3\. Unwilling/uncooperating patients.
- •4\. Patients with any ventilatory support except room air.
- •5\. Patients other than Hypertension Stage 1\.
