Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with Stage 1 Hypertension (140\-159/90\-99 mm of Hg) diagnosed by
  • a medicine practitioner.
  • 2\. Patients under anti\-hypertensive medication prescribed by a physician.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with mental illness.
  • 2\. Patients with any surgery within 6 months.
  • 3\. Unwilling/uncooperating patients.
  • 4\. Patients with any ventilatory support except room air.
  • 5\. Patients other than Hypertension Stage 1\.
