1. Males and females belonging to North East India.
2. Males and Females aged 30-60 years
3. Cases with Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Persons suffering from any chronic disease e.g. malignancy or organic deformity etc.
