- •(1) all adults (Age >= 18 years at the time of transplant),
- •(2) all transplant recipients (autologous/ allogeneic)
- •(3) those willing to adhere to Yoga Intervention for the period of the study
排除标准
- •(1)Those not willing to consent
- •(2)Those without access to a smartphone
- •(3)Regular practitioner of yoga, meditation or other mind-body practice (definition: taking classes or practising at least weekly for at least 2 of the past 6 months).
