Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients \> 18 years old
- •Chronic anal fissure(anal fissure existing longer than 6 weeks) and pelvic floor dysfunction
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients presenting an abscess or fistula
- •Patients with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis;
