Confirmed cases of stroke of duration of 3-6 months
Allergy to proposed injection agents (Lignocaine and Methylprednisolone)
Systemic diseases like hepatitis, HIV, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
Intra or periarticular steroid injection to shoulder in previous 3 month
Any febrile or infectious diseases in last two weeks
History of any malignancy
Any history of trauma, fracture, bony malformation around the shoulder
Patients with cardiac arrhythmia or a pacemaker
Bleeding disorders
Cognitive deficit
