Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Confirmed cases of stroke of duration of 3\-6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Allergy to proposed injection agents (Lignocaine and Methylprednisolone)
- •Systemic diseases like hepatitis, HIV, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
- •Intra or periarticular steroid injection to shoulder in previous 3 month
- •Any febrile or infectious diseases in last two weeks
- •History of any malignancy
- •Any history of trauma, fracture, bony malformation around the shoulder
- •Patients with cardiac arrhythmia or a pacemaker
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Cognitive deficit
