Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Confirmed cases of stroke of duration of 3\-6 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • Allergy to proposed injection agents (Lignocaine and Methylprednisolone)
  • Systemic diseases like hepatitis, HIV, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
  • Intra or periarticular steroid injection to shoulder in previous 3 month
  • Any febrile or infectious diseases in last two weeks
  • History of any malignancy
  • Any history of trauma, fracture, bony malformation around the shoulder
  • Patients with cardiac arrhythmia or a pacemaker
  • Bleeding disorders
  • Cognitive deficit
