Age between 4 and 10 years
ASA physical status I-II
Scheduled for adenotonsillectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindications to nasotracheal intubation such as coagulopathy, known or suspected CSF leak
Anticipated difficult intubation in the form of known congenital airway anomalies
