Inclusion Criteria

Diabetic Adults 20- 60 years with less than 5 years of diagnosis with hbA1C </8 and on oral antidiabetic medications only (up to two).

Exclusion Criteria

People with Insulin and complications of Diabetes are excluded. Pregnant and lactating women, individuals with cancer, renal diseases are excluded. Individuals who are not willing to participate in the study and unable to communicate are excluded
