The active involvement of workers representatives in developing and implementing ergonomics intervention program through participatory approach is seen to be greatly helpful in assuring the effectiveness of said intervention.

Inclusion Criteria

a)Permanent/temporary staff
b)Having worked as flight attendant at least a year prior to the study

Exclusion Criteria

a)Flight attendant with rheumatological diseases or spine diseases as diagnosed by doctor.
b)Flight attendant who has previous accident or sudden injury that was not work-related (such as sport injury, fracture, dislocation, or tendon tear)
c)Flight attendan whose contract of working will end during or before the study period ends.
