Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA Grade I II III
2. Elective unilateral open inguinal hernia surgery under spinal anaesthesia
3. Patient giving consent for procedure
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics
2. Patients with contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
3. Inflammation or infection at the site of block
4. Severe hepatic and renal disease
5. Ejection fraction <30%, valvular heart disease

Name Time Method Efficacy of ilioinguinal and iliohypogastric nerve block for post operative analgesia assessed over 24hrs in inguinal hernia surgeries in adult male patientsTimepoint: Pain will be assessed over 24 hrs using VISUAL ANALOG SCALE-at interval of 30 minutes, 2hrs, 4hrs, 6hrs, 8 hrs, 12hrs, 18hrs, 24hrs
