Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA Grade I II III
- •2\. Elective unilateral open inguinal hernia surgery under spinal anaesthesia
- •3\. Patient giving consent for procedure
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics
- •2\. Patients with contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •3\. Inflammation or infection at the site of block
- •4\. Severe hepatic and renal disease
- •5\. Ejection fraction \<30%, valvular heart disease
