•3\.CKD (not on dialysis)
•4\.ASA I patients undergoing surgery with Invasive Blood Pressure

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Refusal of consent
•2\.Patients on drugs affecting autonomic nervous system
•3\.Vascular surgery
