Inclusion Criteria

The age range is 18-30 years
The PKE is reduced by 20 degrees or more
Lack of contraindications for using dry needles (diabetes, pregnancy, vascular disease, epilepsy, psychiatric problems such as anxiety and thirst disturbances, allergy to needles used in metals)
Do not use blood diluents such as warfarin and flavvix
Lack of infection or malignancy in the lower extremity
Lack of history of spinal surgery
The subjects should be evoided 24 hours before participating in the assessment of severe labor, smoking, coffee, alcohol and non-steroidal drugs and drugs that affect muscle tone to eliminate all possible muscle tone afflictions.
