入选标准
- •Smokers who consent to participate.
- •Smokers who are currently and previously not on any form of tobacco cessation therapy.
排除标准
- •Subjects less than 18 years of age
- •Uncontrolled Ischemic heart diseases
- •Unstable diabetes mellitus
- •Unstable epilepsy
- •Individuals having pacemaker
- •Lack of skin sensation near the acupuncture points
- •Undiagnosed fever or severe skin lesions
- •Infection at and around the acupuncture points
- •Subjects on Psychiatric medication
- •Subjects on steroids
- •Subjects who are users of smokeless tobacco
- •Patients unable to comply on appointment schedule.
