Inclusion Criteria
- A score of 5 or higher on the IGD-SF scale;<br>2) A total score of 27 or higher on the IGD scale using a 5-point Likert scoring system;<br>3) Weekend gaming duration of 4 hours or more per day, or a cumulative weekend gaming time exceeding 8 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
- Current use of psychotropic medications or the presence of other substance addictions (excluding nicotine dependence);<br>2) Major depressive episodes;<br>3) Bipolar disorder;<br>4) Psychotic disorders;<br>5) Neurological diseases or injuries;<br>6) Intellectual disability.
