  • •All patients scheduled for elective open gynaecological cancer surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Emergency surgeries
  • •2\.Hemodynamically unstable patient/ Post\-operative ventilation planned.
  • •3\.Allergic to local anaesthetics
  • •4\.Carcinoma vulva\-excision planned to do with inguinal incision ( not undergoing exploratory laparotomy).
