Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients scheduled for elective open gynaecological cancer surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Emergency surgeries
- •2\.Hemodynamically unstable patient/ Post\-operative ventilation planned.
- •3\.Allergic to local anaesthetics
- •4\.Carcinoma vulva\-excision planned to do with inguinal incision ( not undergoing exploratory laparotomy).
