排除标准
- •1.Emergency surgeries
- •2.Hemodynamically unstable patient/ Post-operative ventilation planned.
- •3.Allergic to local anaesthetics
- •4.Carcinoma vulva-excision planned to do with inguinal incision ( not undergoing exploratory laparotomy).
