  • BMI > 25 kg/m 2
Exclusion Criteria
  • Pregnant
  • Lactating
  • Diagnosed with diabetes
  • Diagnosed with hypertension
  • Fasting glucose ≥126 mg/dL
  • Blood triglycerides ≥400mg/dL
