- BMI > 25 kg/m 2
Exclusion Criteria
- Pregnant
- Lactating
- Diagnosed with diabetes
- Diagnosed with hypertension
- Fasting glucose ≥126 mg/dL
- Blood triglycerides ≥400mg/dL
