Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •all pT1\-T3 squamous cell carcinoma of the lateral aspect of tongue
- •All the patients who are planned for partial glossectomy and ipsilateral selective neck dissection.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Surgery for relapse or head and neck second tumor
- •2\.Involvement of median tongue line
- •3\.Laryngeal, esophageal or neurological disorders that alter swallowing or phonation
- •4\.Previous head and neck radiation therapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy
