Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient coming for upper limb surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •pregnant women
- •infection at the site of injection
- •preexisting coagulopathy
- •inablity to get a window to assess diaphragmatic excursion
- •preexisting motor or sensory deficit
- •preexisting diaphragmatic palsy
- •hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
- •patients with known COPD
- •BMI MORE THAN 30
