Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient coming for upper limb surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • pregnant women
  • infection at the site of injection
  • preexisting coagulopathy
  • inablity to get a window to assess diaphragmatic excursion
  • preexisting motor or sensory deficit
  • preexisting diaphragmatic palsy
  • hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
  • patients with known COPD
  • BMI MORE THAN 30
