Patient coming for upper limb surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
pregnant women
infection at the site of injection
preexisting coagulopathy
inablity to get a window to assess diaphragmatic excursion
preexisting motor or sensory deficit
preexisting diaphragmatic palsy
hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
patients with known COPD
BMI MORE THAN 30
