parturients with singleton pregnancy
American Society of Anaesthesiologist ASA I and II physical status
Body weight 50-80 kg
Height 150-170 cm
Patients having multiple pregnancy
Body weight between 50 kg to 90 kg
Height 150 cm to 170 cm
ASA grade 3 and 4 patients
Patients with history of bleeding disorder or patient on anticoagulant
Patients with infection at the site of injection
Anatomical abnormality at the regional site
Intrauterine deaths or known foetal anomaly
Preeclampsia
Eclampsia
Patients on cardiovascular medications any major systemic disease
Patients having history of hypersensitivity to fentanyl and LA
