1. Participants with primary anterior teeth showing chronic irreversible pulpitis.
2. Teeth with intact roots or less than 2/3rd of physiological root resorption.
3. Participants/parent who will give written consent for the study.
4. Participants who has not received antibiotics four weeks prior to microbial sampling.
1. Teeth with evidence of internal/external root resorption.
2. Teeth which cannot be restored.
3. Teeth with abnormal anatomy or calcified canals.
4. Participants with any systemic disorder and syndromes.
