- •\- Acute or chronic severe neurological disorder apart of epilepsy;
- •\- Acute or chronic severe systems disease;
- •\- dementia;
- •\- Organic affective disorder;
- •\- Substance abuse apart of nicotine;
- •\- Lack of insight to treatment and study or forced hospitalization as of laws of lower\-saxonia for the mentally ill (§1906 BGB)
