women who do not meet the inclusion criteria (domain and/or do not have access to the internet; do not have a headset or a private place to hold the session); reporting chronic degenerative diseases, pelvic organ prolapse greater than grade II (according to the participant's report), urinary tract infection, neurological or psychiatric disease; who underwent pelvic floor muscle training and/or treatment of urinary incontinence previously; and with inability to answer the questionnaires properly.

Name Time Method To evaluate the effects of pelvic floor muscle training for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in the modality of teleconsultation and telemonitoring; It is expected that at the end of the treatment, the participants will have a reduction in urinary symptoms through pelvic floor muscle training.
