Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •access to the internet and a device (cell phone, computer and/or tablet); ability to use the device; have a headset to use during calls; and have a private space for the sessions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •women who do not meet the inclusion criteria (domain and/or do not have access to the internet; do not have a headset or a private place to hold the session); reporting chronic degenerative diseases, pelvic organ prolapse greater than grade II (according to the participant's report), urinary tract infection, neurological or psychiatric disease; who underwent pelvic floor muscle training and/or treatment of urinary incontinence previously; and with inability to answer the questionnaires properly.
