Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion elective elderly patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery,aged 65~<90,45~80kg,ASA IIor?
Exclusion Criteria
?Patients who have undergone neurosurgery or have central nervous system disorders.?mental illness (dementia, schizophrenia),Long-term use of psychotropic drugs,patients with a history of chronic analgesics,Long-term alcoholics
?The score of the patient's preoperative simple mental state evaluation scale[MMSE scale]=23.?Patients with hearing and vision impairment,patients who cannot complete the cognitive function test.?Stroke or transient ischemic attack within 3 months.?Patients with incomplete medical history data or related intraoperative records.?The patient or family members refused to participate in this study.
