Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed patients of hypothyroidism
Patients of either gender
Age > 18 years to 80 years
Serum ultrasensitive TSH level >5 micro iu/ml
Exclusion Criteria
Immunocompromised patients or patients on immunosuppresive drugs
Patients suffering from life threating disease
Pregnancy and lactating mother
K/C/O Thyroid neoplasia, congenital hypothyroidism
Progressive cause of myxoedema coma
Infiltrative disorders like sarcoidosis
