Inclusion Criteria
Adults >18 years and <60 years both sex diagnosed with Hyperhidrosis with an HDSS(Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale) score of greater than 2.
Exclusion Criteria
- Prior use of any other medication(s) or procedure(s) within the specified timeframe for the treatment of hyperhidrosis.
- Thermolysis, sympathectomy or surgical procedures at any time in the past for the treatment of hyperhidrosis.
- Use of Anticholinergic agents within 15 days of the Baseline Visit .
- Any other condition, including psychiatric illness (depression and/or anxiety)
- Patients diagnosed with Secondary Hyperhidrosis (Diabetes,Hyperthyroidism, Tumours)
- End Stage renal disease and Liver disorders.

Name Time Method -This study will discover the therapeutic effectiveness of Siddha herbal formulation Malli Chooranam in Hyperhidrosis. <br/ ><br>-Outcome is assessed by comparing the Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale before and after treatment.Timepoint: 49 days
