Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of a femoro-acetabular impingement and surgical treatment via mini-open arthrotomy
-Operation date before December 31, 2014
-Male and female patients aged 18 or over at the time of enrollment
Exclusion Criteria
-Mini-open arthrotomy in combination with other surgical interventions on the affected joint, e.g. Conversion osteotomy on the femur

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Presentation of the clinical findings using standardized and established scores such as WOMAC, NAHS, HHS, UCLA, sports activity and VAS. Assessment of the current degree of arthrosis in comparison to the preoperative images.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Clarification of the extent to which age, height, weight, BMI, gender, type of impingement, labral lesion and delamination influence the clinical outcome.
