入选标准
- •Patient age = 18 years (with atrial fibrillation, history of deep vein thrombosis, and left atrial enlargement).
- •- Long-term therapy with a direct oral anticoagulant (Rivaroxaban, Apixaban, Dabigatran, or Edoxaban).
- •- Elective urological operation.
排除标准
- •- Mechanical heart valve and/or use of vitamin K antagonists.
- •- Patients with GFR (glomerular filtration rate) < 30 ml/min (Dabigatran).
- •- Patients with GFR < 15 ml/min (Apixaban, Rivaroxaban).
- •- Ongoing dual antiplatelet therapy (ADP receptor blocker, P2Y12).
- •- Patients planned for cystectomy with urinary diversion.
- •- Cognitive limitations or psychiatric conditions preventing adherence to the study protocol.
