They were enrolled in the study if any of the following among A~F
A.Patients with common bile duct stone admitted at this center
B.Age under 18 years
C.Women
D.Normal bile duct diameter(<9mm)
E.Suspicious sphincter Oddi malfunction
F.Previous history of post ERCP pancreatitis
Exclusion criteria : They were not enrolled in the study if any of the following
A. Acute or chronic pancreatitis
B. Coagulopathy, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure
C.Gastrojejunostomy with Roux-en-Y
D.Age under 18
E.Pregnancy
F.Periampullary diverticulum type 1 or type 2
G.Medication with anticoagulant, aspirin, anti-platelet agent
H.Rejection to clinical trial
