入选标准
- •They were enrolled in the study if any of the following among A~F
- •A.Patients with common bile duct stone admitted at this center
- •B.Age under 18 years
- •D.Normal bile duct diameter(<9mm)
- •E.Suspicious sphincter Oddi malfunction
- •F.Previous history of post ERCP pancreatitis
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria : They were not enrolled in the study if any of the following
- •A. Acute or chronic pancreatitis
- •B. Coagulopathy, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure
- •C.Gastrojejunostomy with Roux-en-Y
- •D.Age under 18
- •E.Pregnancy
- •F.Periampullary diverticulum type 1 or type 2
- •G.Medication with anticoagulant, aspirin, anti-platelet agent
- •H.Rejection to clinical trial
