Inclusion Criteria

Patients who him or herself are giving written and informed consent for participation in the study.

Diagnosis of intumescent lens or phacomorphic glaucoma,associated with intraocular pressure more than 21 mmHg or Shallow anterior chamber or Closed chamber angle or Lack of any previous surgical or laser intervention.

Diagnosis of phacolytic glaucoma with raised IOP, conjunctival congestion, diffuse corneal edema, associated with severe anterior chamber inflammation in terms of flare and cells.

Diagnosis of phacoanaphylactic glaucoma.

Patients who are participating in the study who undergone uneventful cataract surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who require pre or postoperative antiinflammatory agents other than Enoxaparin either in topical or systemic formulation.

Preexisting pathology in eye eg. corneal, macular or optic nerve disorders, active infection of any structure of eye

Patients who are not giving written and informed consent for participation in the study.

Primary Outcome Measures

All the patients will be examined for postoperative inflammation in terms of cells, flare and fibrinous membrane in anterior chamber and grading will be given according to SUN WORKING GROUP OF CLASSIFICATION. <br/ ><br>Data entry will be done in Microsoft excel 2010 & analysed according to Mann Whitney â??Uâ?? Test. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: All the patients will be examined for total 6 weeks of post-operative period at interval of postoperative Day1, day3, 1st week, 2nd week, 4th week & 6th week. <br/ ><br>
