Name Time Method Attitude score in the questionnaire Attitude towards violence management. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 2 months after the end of the last intervention session. Method of measurement: Questionnaire on Attitudes Towards Violence Management.;Self-confidence score in the questionnaire Confidence in dealing with aggression. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 2 months after the end of the last intervention session. Method of measurement: Questionnaire on Confidence in dealing with aggression.;Practice score in the Questionnaire Practice Toward Workplace Violence Questionnaire.
