Inclusion Criteria
1. Players who are training in badminton for past 1 year.
2. Both genders will be included.
3. Participants between 14- 30 years of age.
4. No history of injuries and surgeries around the glenohumeral joint in the past 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Players unwilling to give consent and to participate in the study.
2. Any complain of resting shoulder pain.
3. Any neurological disorders.
4. Any injury or surgery which may hamper the players performance.
