Inclusion Criteria
1. Those who meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for mild to moderate premature ventricular beat;
2. Age: 1-12 years old, regardless of gender;
3. The parents of subjects signed an informed consent form and were able to cooperate with the treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Accompanied with serious liver and kidney diseases, organic heart disease, endocrine diseases, hematological and nervous system diseases;
2. Severe arrhythmia;
3. Allergic to the test drug;
4. Taking other antiarrhythmic drugs;
5. Patients with skin lesions, skin diseases or infectious diseases;
6. According to the doctor's judgment, it is easy to cause loss of follow-up.
