Inclusion Criteria

1.With signs and symptoms of Asrigdara for at least 2months.

2•Aged between 18-45years.

3.With angamarda and vedana during menstrual cycle.

4.Willing to sign the informed consent.

•Endometrial thickness <12mm.

Exclusion Criteria

1.known case of Systemic hemorrhagic disorders

2.known case of Sexually transmitted diseases.

3.using Intra Uterine Contraceptive Devises or Oral Contraceptive pills.

4.known case of pelvic pathologies. (fibroid, adenomyosis, endometriosis etc)

5.known case of anaemia.

6.known case of Benign and malignant growth in uterus and ovaries.
