Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.With signs and symptoms of Asrigdara for at least 2months.
- •2•Aged between 18-45years.
- •3.With angamarda and vedana during menstrual cycle.
- •4.Willing to sign the informed consent.
- •Endometrial thickness <12mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.known case of Systemic hemorrhagic disorders
- •2.known case of Sexually transmitted diseases.
- •3.using Intra Uterine Contraceptive Devises or Oral Contraceptive pills.
- •4.known case of pelvic pathologies. (fibroid, adenomyosis, endometriosis etc)
- •5.known case of anaemia.
- •6.known case of Benign and malignant growth in uterus and ovaries.
