1 Parous women for more than 2 years
2 Waist circumference greater or equal to 80cm
3 BMI greater or equal to 25 KG per meter square
4 No regular exercises in recent 3 months
5 Willingness to follow prescribed treatment protocol during the entire study period
6 Participants who are willing to give written informed consent
1 Associated Comorbid condition like DM, HTN, Thyroid disorders, Endocrine disorder, Cardiovascular disorder, Cancer, tumor pregnancy etc.
2 Currently on any weight loss programs or medications etc.
3 Physical limitation
4 Methods that might cause general or local weight alterations such as drugs, herbs, acupuncture or cream products, steroids, contraceptive pills
5 Any major surgical history during recent 1 year

Name Time Method 1 According to literature exercise alone when done for 1 month duration 1- 2 kgs weight loss is expected <br/ ><br>2 Udwartana intervention when performed for 1 week 3-4 kgs weight loss is expected <br/ ><br>3 The combination of exercise and Udwartana together may result in 4-5 kgs or more weight loss in 1 month of time <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 0th, 7th and 30th Day
