Inclusion Criteria

(1)Age 20 to 65 years old, (2)Pain score: VAS larger than 3 (0 to 10 score), (3)Stop receiving injectable painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs during the 4-week trial period, (4)Scapular dyskinesis test(Both tests require at least one positive result) scapular retraction test, scapular assistance test, (5)Physical examination of shoulder impingement syndrome(5 tests require at least three positive result) painful arc, Neer impingement Test, Hawkins Kennedy Test impingement test, Empty can test, Tenderness was palpated at greater tubercle of humerus bone, Movement limitation of shoulder external rotation

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Allergies to dynamic tape or kinesio tape, (2) abnormal bone structure, (3) joint or shoulder clavicle arthritis, (4) acute shoulder inflammation and injury, (5) rheumatoid arthritis, (6) accompanied by neurological symptoms, (7) cervical nerve root disease, (8) cervical vertebrae and shoulder areas have undergone surgery
