Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy volunteers; aged between 60 and 80 years; both sexes; sedentary; independent to perform activities of daily living; vaccinated against COVID\-19\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with cognitive impairment; presence of injuries, fractures or amputations of lower limbs; presence of neurological, vestibular or cardiovascular diseases; participating in other activity programs.
