Inclusion Criteria
40 consecutive adult patients of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia resistant to pharmacological treatment will be included
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to local anesthetics or steroids, infection, coagulopathy, and pregnancy.

Name Time Method Patients will be asked to rate their 24-hour global pain experience including severity, duration, frequency of the episodes, and to report it as a percentage of global pain reliefTimepoint: at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 month and 3 months after procedure
