Inclusion Criteria
1. BMI between 25 and 40 Kgs/m²
2. Singleton pregnancy
3. Includes women who have undergone both Normal and caesarean delivery
4. Weight at enrolment that exceeded early pregnancy weight by at least 5kgs
5. Postpartum women who have attended or not attended, Yoga in antenatal class during pregnancy are chosen
6. Cell phone ownership is necessary because intervention will be given in tele yoga mode
Exclusion Criteria
1.Participants with self-reported major health diseases (heart, kidney diseases)
2.Women who were obese before pre pregnancy will also be excluded
3.Women with substance abuse or tobacco or alcohol consumption.
