Inclusion Criteria

All subjects will meet the inclusion criteria as follow: they reported no exposure to an altitude of >1,000 meter within 3 months before experiment, no history of severe acute mountain sickness, health condition and no medications (e.g., anabolic steroids, creatine, sympathoadrenal drugs) taken during the study and never resistance training program within past three months.

Exclusion Criteria

The participants will be excluding if there have any health problems such as; hypertension, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, orthopaedic problem (e.g. bone, joint, muscle) and carcinoma.
